Zee Philosophy

Travelling around the world as a stewardess in the luxury yacht industry I learnt to appreciate how much food and wine can tell you about a country and its people.

It was on board my last yacht chartering around the Mediterranean that I met the critically acclaimed Dutch chef, Hilbert Sluiter. With Hilbert’s passion for food and my love of wine we created complimentary dishes that were met with great applause from our guests. After a very successful season had come to an end it became clear that our partnership was a winning formula and we wanted to develop it further outside the realms of the yachting industry.

After much deliberation we decided to come back to my beloved town of Palma (Mallorca) and put all our years of experience to good use. So, it is with much pleasure I welcome you to our labour of love: Zee Restaurant.
