Based on classic cuisine he has developed his own style which has Dutch, French, Mediterranean and Asian influences. Our menu is like sailing around the world, every dish will take you to a different port.

Hilbert believes that through food you can express feelings… I believe that wine can open the heart… and we believe that this is an universal language.
